How do I see my new main number?
To see your new main company number:
1. Open the app
2. Tap on the center icon in the bottom bar to see your PBX services
3. Tap on the queue called Main Number
4. See your main number in the top field
You can also try calling your new PBX by tapping on the phone-icon on the right hand side of the number and see your call history, open and close the queue manually or schedule opening times.
What is my user name?
Your mobile phone number is your user name, and is used to sign in on any platform.
If you use go Premium, you can also sign in with your fixed number.
What are profiles?
Want Flow to behave differently depending on if you're working or if you're off duty? That's what's profiles are for!
Profiles are sets of configurations, allowing you to customize how Flow behaves at different times. They can be scheduled and/or activated on demand.
For example, profiles can be used to make sure that you don't receive calls when you're not working. If you go Premium, you can use profiles to customize what number is shown for outgoing calls. And much more.
To make life easier, each user gets a set of default profiles to use from the get-go.
How do I invite my colleagues?
You can invite anyone with a mobile number to join you. Tap Invite colleagues in the bottom of the contact list, and pick any of your contacts or input a mobile phone number manually.
Invited colleagues will get an SMS text message asking them to create a user account. Once account creation is completed, they will join you in the app.
How do I start a conversation?
In the list of contacts, tap a colleague to send a chat message. If you've chatted with your colleague before, the conversation can also be accessed through the chat list.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Using the company phone number is free, with no time limitation.
If you go Premium we can offer you an even more integrated experience, but that is completely optional.
